For those of you unfamiliar with the product. Taco Bell's Fresco line offers standard Taco Bell menu items minus the cheese and adds a little pico de gallo for flavor and ta da , you've got a lower calorie, lower fat fast food alternative!! The Fresco Taco is a crunchy, corn taco shell filled with seasoned ground beef, crisp, shredded lettuce, and Fiesta Salsa (aka pico de gallo). One taco only has 150 calories and 7 grams of fat (if you go with chicken instead of ground beef you're only looking at 4 grams of fat).
